Delivery information

All goods are dispatched within 1-2 days of payment being received. Delivery times vary according to the delivery address and the goods ordered. Delivery is within 7 days. However most goods are delivered next day when ordered before 1pm weekdays. We use Royalmail, Parcelforce, DHL, Interlink, DPD and The Home Delivery Network for posting goods.

Return policy

Returns are accepted for any damaged or faulty goods. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the fault being reported. A full refund or and exchange will be offered. Cancellations must be reported within 24 hours of the order being made. This is because goods are dispatched within 1-2 days after payment. If goods are dispatched, the goods must be returned back to us within 7 days. Please note postage costs are non-refundable for cancelations made after goods have been dispatched.
